World Bank IDEAS Project
The Federal Government of Nigeria, through the Federal Ministry of Education, is implementing the Innovation Development and Effectiveness in the Acquisition of Skills (IDEAS) Project, a World Bank–supported initiative designed to expand access to practical, in-demand skills training. The program is focused on empowering unemployed Nigerian youths with relevant, job-ready skills that improve employability, support entrepreneurship, and create pathways to sustainable livelihoods in a rapidly evolving economy.
